Anette's research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship in established firms, particularly in a context characterized by uncertainty. The main theoretical areas include dynamic capabilities; decision making; effectuation and ambidexterity. Anettes research projects are typically collaborative in nature, currently she is engaged in one project on innovation capabilities among SME manufacturing firms and another on digital innovation in the newspaper industry.  
 
Anette has a PhD in Business administration from JIBS (2014) and worked prior to this in the marketing field in B2B and B2C industries. She has work experience as a teacher and research at the School of Engineering and at JIBS, and is currently primarily engaged in the mission as Associate Dean of Faculty at JIBS.
